We begin with a detailed assessment of dock materials (wood, composite, concrete, and metal), structural condition, and surrounding water. Sensitive components like lifts, electrical, and mooring hardware are protected. Stubborn stains—algae, mold, mildew, tannin, bird droppings, rust, and waterline scale—are pre-treated with biodegradable, marine-safe detergents and gentle agitation to break bonds before rinsing.
Cleaning is performed with calibrated pressure and tool selection based on the surface: soft-washing for wood (wide fan tips and controlled 600–1,000 PSI), manufacturer-safe settings for composites, rotary surface cleaners for concrete, and careful, low-to-medium pressure for aluminum and steel. We finish with a low-pressure rinse, optional oxidation removal where appropriate, and a final inspection to ensure an even, streak-free result.
